My experience was absolutely amazing up until when I signed the paperwork that gave me my new payment amount. They kept “having issues with the form because I had to sign it electronically “ Turns out it was because they kept changing the monthly payment amount. It went from $393 then to right over $400 then to $460 a month. I didn’t even save $100. My original payment was $548 a month. That was some sneaky sh*t they pulled. And I got no apology at the time when I found out. The lady just kept trying to dance around the fact that I was dumb founded and clearly upset. It was too late to go back and pull out. Not to mention I didn’t have the money to pay my car payment because I already went past my due date screwing around with these people re-financing.
