We were very pleased with Grace and Mona, they both gave us great customer service and explained everything very well. Again thank you for your customer service it was excellent!

We got it done very friendly people to work with. The process seems simple enough it started, but it seemed to drag too long always more information instead of collecting all the proper information at the beginning and then asking for the same information several times over again there are some Some chaos in the process, but we did get it done. It took about a week and a half longer than expected, but I am happy with the results.

GREAT process!!

William Destro is condescending and is discouraging to work with. He insisted that I provide a green card when I'm a naturalized U.S. citizen and commented that my social security number is "too young". He also insisted that I provide a work authorization as a government contractor when I'm in the military. He is rude and inappropriate.

The process was a bit lengthy, however, was able to refinance the car.
On another note, it would have been a great help if the Vehicle Service Contract had been included in the refinance process keeping my monthly payment low.
When I reached back to the Ian Sanchez | Senior Team Lead | OpenRoad Lending, he declined to included and demonstrated arrogance in the process.
Otherwise, the other representative Lan was quite helpful with the process of getting my car refinance.

They gave the help through out the whole process of explain it and signing the documents.

Simple process and great communication with them helped me get approval.

I just received an email about being spirited for a lower rate which was not at all true. I will copy and past email since I cannot attach photo of screen capture.
