During the process of the loan I was connected to several different representatives which created confusion and chaos when each rep requested me send them the same documents I had previously sent other representatives I had spoken to. The overall process of the loan however was very prompt and the loan processed within a week of which I was grateful.

The original employee I was working with Alicia Mallory was awful, her communication skills were awful. She never attempted to call me when I asked her to because I was tired of her emailing me or texting me. When a customer ask you to call them they should receive a call.

Not sure if I would recommend.
They told me the process would take 48 hours. Mine took over 2 weeks and they didn't know why.
At one point my case got unassigned and was sitting there and no one knew why.
I ended up having to pay a fee to be refinanced and I was told 3 different totals before actually paying over a week later. And it was 70$ more then I was told.
The amount of unanswered questions and call backs i received because my agent didn't know the information was a bit much.
I was calling everyday to try and find out what was going on and no one had answers. I would wait 2 and 3 days for call backs.
I'm grateful they helped me find someone to refinance me but it was unnecessary.
