I am very unhappy with Open Road Lending. I got great service at first and was quoted a deal that I found reasonable and happy with. Upon receiving final paper work, it wasn't the deal I was told about. I called my agent and explained the situation. I was even told, it was their fault and not mine, but he couldn't fix his mistake and I would have to take the new deal and not uphold original quote. My new monthly payment is higher than the payment that I had previously and my goal was to lower my monthly note. Not a happy customer at all.
