They literally harassed me, sending me multiple letters about refinancing my loan, just to decline the application. I was hesitant to even fill it out, because I've never done something like this. I think it's ridiculous to "prequalify" someone, continuously send them letters, just to then decline their application, which I'm sure hit my credit score. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Sometimes a change in your credit as reported by the bureau (after submitting the application) or a piece of information that we do not know when you received the pre-qualification letter such as the vehicle year model, mileage or income can cause a change in the credit decision.
