They broke the law! Sending a write up to BBB and my member of Congress to see what I need to do to file a Fair and Lending Act complaint. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sold my loan to Westlake. The rates and everything on the loan is not what I agreed to. I have been on the phone more than 5 times with Open Road and Westlake. Open Road is telling me Westlake has to fix it and Westlake is saying Open Road has to fix it. All this to fix a mistake by them. These companies are beyond terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Tried to get information on my NEW loan with your company was awful. Two reps I dealt with did not follow through on their commitment to me and I had to continue to call back and one rep was rude to me. I contacted a supervisor on 1/29/21 via phone and email to complain (Sierra Andrade) . She did help me out. Yes, I will save money with you. Thank you for replying back to me

I had to resubmit the same employer information no less than 6 times. Somehow it never got attached to my account, and that drew my loan process out way longer than expected. Wound up having to make an extra payment to my old lender because the payment was due.
EDIT. After reviewing the email OpenRoad sent me trying to shift blame to my employer, I feel the need to clear a few things up. On January 14th, my employer first reached out to do the verification. I had to have the same person from HR call back on the 18th and 19th to verify the same information. Somehow, this information was never attached to my loan. After the 18th, I could no longer get ahold of my original rep, and was bounced around from person to person who kept telling me my employer had not verified the information yet. Finally, after threatening to back out of the deal on the 28th of January, an OpenRoad employee called HR to once again get the information that they needed. The loan was finalized that day.

I personally reviewed your loan and it appears that the delay and resubmissions were due to a number of factors with your employer and Covid 19 related communications policies. Fortunately these were ultimately resolved. I did see that we were able to substantially lower your rate and payment so hopefully those monthly savings will help to make up for delay in getting your new loan finalized.

Other then getting papers back to you by faxing texting pictures of and then sending the original copy’s and leaving me without a copy unless I pay extra for the copy’s the experience was good but you should never ask a customer to give up all there copy’s and not offer a copy
