Even though I had to jump through a lot of hoops & then play the waiting game, getting my interest rate dropped by 10%, and my payment lowered by nearly $78.00, was well worth the wait. It took forever to complete my loan. I did not get a complete check list of what was needed from me. Ever time I talked to one of your representatives something different was needed then the approval expired because of you delays. Then we had to start over and there were two more things needed. Then it took two weeks to here from someone that everything was ok and the loan was approved. The whole process drove me nuts. I thing I was tell someone to try getting a loan from you but I would also tell them about the horror story I had with you so they would know what they’re getting into.
