Thanks Tracy for your comments. I'm sorry the approval took a little longer than you would have liked. Our average time to review and make the credit decision is typically same business day but sometimes there are other factors that increase that amount of time. I did see that we were able to significantly lower the interest rate you were paying as well as your monthly payment so hopefully the money you save on your refinanced car loan will help make up for any inconvenience. I was not informed that my car loan would be sold to Westlake. A company with poor customer service and reputation. It was never disclosed to me under Truth and Lending.. Which should have been disclosed signed off also. I was told OpenRoad Lending would be my loan holder. Though you have the right to sell loans you also have the obligation to the payer, Loan signer. At this point I feel like I got scammed.
