Just refinanced my auto loan with OpenRoad Lending, and the entire process was quick and easy. I worked with Jorge Romero and he was absolutely fantastic! I received a pre-approval letter in the mail and formally applied online. Jorge sent me an email and I spoke with him to verify all of the details that were needed to finalize the loan. The communication was great, and Jorge kept me informed about every stage of the loan process. I was able to email and even text pictures and documents that he needed for the loan approval.

This entire process actually took less than 2 weeks to complete, which is crazy considering all of the bad reviews that I’ve read on here about OpenRoad. I’m happy to say that I had an excellent experience, and Jorge really made this process painless for me. I am now saving $175 a month on my car payment, and my interest rate has been cut in half.

I’m SO glad that I decided to actually open that pre-approval letter and apply. Sending a HUGE thanks to Jorge Romero and OpenRoad Lending! If you are able to work with Jorge during the loan approval process, you will definitely be in good hands.

I am giving 3 stars for the fact that I still had to pay 1,537.48 after the final loan refinance. The total loan was not paid off and no one told me that I would be having a balance. So what little money I would have saved in a year I just spent. Not very happy.
