I appreciate the opportunity to refinance my car at a lower interest rate. I found the application process with your agency to be cumbersome and time-consuming. It felt like every time I turned around I was asked for another document. Some of them more than once. It would be helpful if all the documents could simply be placed in a dropbox and checked off as they were provided.
