you had a condescending boss who refused to get me another agent after I asked for another agent because she was still asking for documents even after I specifically asked if she needed any more when i turned in requested documents. she was lazy and her manger was as well he was rude and condescending and tried to argue me down. This is a racist company who saw my hispanic name and teh maanger was constantly saying I needed my "legal name as if I was illegal.
