This process has been a complete JOKE!!!
Supposedly a check has been sent to my previous lender which states they have received it on August 22 and it still has not credited the account and it is October 1 so technically I have two loans on one car and nobody has any answers....It would be nice if somebody could just fix the problem and not become another worry

Thanks for your comments Jason, I have personally looked into your concern and the issue is that your previous lien holder. has lost the payoff check that we sent to them.
