I was not happy with the service I received. The information sent in the mail was miss leading. They said that I may be able to skip a payment and the projected payment would be Approximately 400 plus. Then the person I worked with Maria Martinez would call and say I need documents. I get those documents and fax them through UPS Store
Then she said She said she didn’t get them. She said she need a bank statement I sent her my June statement then she said she needed three months of bank statements. I paid 29.00 to have them faxed because she said she needed the documents so fast. Then. She said she needed more documents I sent them paid more money to fax them. Why couldn’t she ask for ALL DOCUMENTS at once. I would not recommend Open Road Lending . The percentage rate was not what I expected. You checked me out before we started the process so you can’t say it’s my credit!
