The process took much longer than I expected. It’s often very difficult to connect with an operator. Agents rarely return emails. Disappointed so far.

The process was a little lengthy for all of the paperwork and processing but overall I am happy with my experience and understand the paperwork part takes some time. My agent was very nice and helpful, and always answered my questions in a timely manner. I got my interest rate lowered and kept my payment the same to pay my loan off earlier.
