It started out slow and I was discouraged but a Manager got involved and we then were on the right track. I was confused about Openroad Leanding and Flagship. Couldn't undrstand why there were a number of credit inquiries on my credit and they were different companies. Things got worked out and I have my new lower payment and lower interest. I am happy. I had to send the Power of Attorney in twice. Because they said it was a copy and it was not a copy. And I have not gotten anything on where to send my payments???? So the last part gets a 1
