I was originally denied a refinance auto loan, then four or five months later I was approved. They were able to lower my monthly payment by over $100 which I am grateful for. I only gave 4đs due to the payment system, fees are charged if you pay any other way than auto-pay which only allows the minimum due or mail a check. Thanks đ

I signed contract sent to me and returned it. Then I received a new contract to sign with higher interest rate. The agent told me that the lender increased it based on the value to loan ratio. Sounds reasonable except that that is something that should have already been considered the first time I received a contract to sign. Sounds like somebody needed a few more bucks for his own account. I will not use Open Road again.

I appreciate the opportunity for Open Road Lending to provide some savings but I think I should be disputing the Finance charge costs because the interest rate, and the APR doesn't add up to the rates on my loan agreement. There is a substantial difference. To resolve this issue there needs to be a Re calculation of the Finance charge costs. The starting amount on my billing statement doesn't correspond to the amount on my loan agreement. The customer service representative attributes the difference to accumulated interest. I disagree because if you calculate the Finance charge costs applying the given interest rates they should agree but it does not. There is a substantial difference. I would like this handled immediately. I will continue to follow this matter closely. Sorry but I'M unable to provide any rating at this time.
