They were able to reduce my interest rate by approximately 40%. Being retired, this helps me immensely.
At first everything was going smoothly, then I was told they needed paperwork that I had already submitted to them by overnight mail.
Then they had the paperwork with improper name, and those had to be signed all over again, and sent by overnight mail again.
The people I spoke with on the telephone were very polite and professional.

it took nearly 30 days to get it done, was grateful to accomplish it when it finally got finished. seems like there was a lot of pickiness on someones part but it was finally done and i am grateful. i wouldnt have done it had i known i was going to have go thru those many hoops just to get it done
