My experience with openroad lending was amazing. Customer service reps were very helpful, kind and kept me in the loop of what they still needed and or they had. One of the nicest things about getting information to them, was they accepted pictures via text. Not all paperwork was allowed this way but a good portion. The process was smooth and everything was finalized in a timely manner. I would recommend this company! Thank You!

The whole process was explained and didn’t feel rushed the representative that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly I did encounter a hiccup with covid 19 and meeting deadlines but open road worked with me and helped me figure a way out to solve my problem.
