I was baited and switched. I told the young lady i was working with that I was not interested in proceeding unless the extended warranty was included. She even sent me paperwork that led me to believe that it was.She just pushed me through so she could get the sale. Lo and behold my car had to go to the shop and there was no warranty. I spoke to two managers who only offered me products costing $2000 and $1800, but no other relief. As soon as i can pay this off I will never, ever do business with them again. I wish there was an option to give them 0 stars.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS NICE AND PLEASANT, BUT THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS MISLEADING, I DID NOT KNOW THAT MY LOAN WITH OPEN ROAD WAS SOLD IMMEDIATLY TO REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE, THE RATE AND TERMS DISCUSSED THAT I SIGNED WITH OPENROAD WERE NOT WHAT WAS SENT TO REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE. I SENT FOLLOW UP EMAILS TO MY REP WITH OPEN ROAD BUT NO SHOCKER SHE HAS YET TO REPLY, MY NOTE I SIGNED WAS NOT NOT NOT WHAT WAS SUBMITTED TO REGIONAL AND MY SIGNATURE WAS NOT ON IT. I FEEL LIKE OPEN ROAD FALSEFIED MY DOCUMENTS TO ME LEADING ME TO BELIEVE ONE PAYMENT AND NOW I FEEL STUCK WITH A PAYMENT I NEVER AGREED TO. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY FOR JUST THAT
