Hi, everything went well overall please streamline the forms for each state and let customers know up front what you need. Also don't have too many people helping one person. Keep the team small, way too many people Spoil things. I had one REP who Insisted the (CA) form had to be notarized because my name was different on my license. It was not really different in the TRUE sense of the word my middle name was spelled out. I read the form it did not need it and Danna P, who was my main contact Never mention it needed to be Notarized.

It was not was I was originally offered. Of coarse it depends on your individual credit but I guess saving $17 a month and 3%ish less will be worth it in the long run. They are very good a communicating via email and text with customer not so good at communicating or assisting with previous bank and now I’m dealing with them putting a late pmt on my previous acct because this company never informed them. Just a mess I’m glad it’s over
