The customer service was great, but it took over a month to get refinancing. I turned everything in within a few hours of thing that needed done, then I would wait a day call to see if they got it would be told yup that works them 3-4 day later I would call back asking the status of everything and would get told OH we forgot to tell you we need this signed, could you send us this document again we seem to not have it now. Other than how long it took very good experience just make sure you call every week to check the status of your refinancing. Good experience other wise.
