Service was bad, took a lot longer then necessary and a major high interest rate, didn’t really save Credit Karma is where I got the rate of $358 and they are still sending me info to get it lower, I will be sending them a note of how you took over a mo th, requested info 3 times that you already had, and suggest they drop you from their list

I received a notification in the mail from ORL about lowering my current car rates by almost in half. It sat on my counter for two days, and out of curiosity I went on the computer and gave it a shot. Two years ago I had to file bankruptcy. A year after the bankruptcy and slowly building my credit back up, I was approved for two car loans, one at 10.5% and the other at 11.5%. They were high, but I had to start somewhere. So, after submitting the information to ORL, I received a call from Emily Rouanet, who was extremely polite and always helpful, and I'd been approved for a new rate of 6.45%. In talking with her, I asked about financing my other vehicle, which I did, and received the same rate for that one. Basically cutting my loan rates almost in half saving me over $6000 total in interest. In doing this I also shortened the length of the loan and I'm saving $200 a month in payments as well. It was an extremely easy process, and Emily was always ready to answer any questions or call me back immediately if I needed anything. If you're looking to refinance your current auto loan, definitely give ORL a call, it's SO easy and it could potentially save you thousands over the life of your loan. The process was very smooth. Everyone was helpful, polite and professional.

The only problem I have had with this was y’all told me one% rate and gave me another one. I had been on my job for almost 6 years.i left that job and then came back 6 months later. I keep my pto and my Insurance and everything. I Let me think back to the Company in the same year. Nothing changed. That Ticked me off because you’ll give me a higher interest-rate. Nothing changed it wasn’t like I didn’t have a job. I literally started back where I left off. On that note I’m not happy with how y’all done that.
