I was told my payment was going to be 288.27. The paperwork can last week and now its 289.25. Called both places. Open Road and the lending institution. Was told I signed the contract. They should have used the more accurate calculation and informed me. Never heard from anyone back. Was on hold for a while. Placed a call back and not lose my place in line. Didn't work. Thus was the 3rd amount and 2nd interest rate change. Nothing but a bait and switch.

Thank you for your comments Daniel and I'm sorry for any confusion on your deal. The slight increase in the estimated monthly payment appears to be due to the final amount that was owed in order to payoff your previous lender. Again, we are sorry that your new payment was .98 cents more than what you expected it would be, however, it does look like we were able to cut your rate almost in half from what you were paying so hopefully that helps to make up for it.

If you have time to fill out more paperwork than you do when you buy a house I would recommend them. They did lower my interest rate so that m happy about that but the whole process took about a month which is insane when you think about it. I refinanced another loan with someone else and it literally took 15min not 28 days

The entire process took almost a month. Once everything was finalized, it turns out more than I agreed to was financed at longer terms than I agreed to. The representative I was dealing with can not offer an explanation and the company I am making payments to told me to contact OpenRoad regarding this. Basically, no one can or wants to help me straighten this out. I will never recommend OpenRoad to anyone due to the shady business practices.

It is not possible for us to finance any amount or term other than what is stated on your loan contract.
