Hi Lisa and thanks for your comments. I am so sorry that there was an issue with the title. I will look into it with our titles group to see what happened. Occasionally the state and DMV make errors that we have to take care of for the customer. You can rest assured that your title will be taken care of. Hopefully the savings will outweigh the inconvenience with the title delay.

I had not heard of Open Road Lending until I received correspondence in the mail stating pre-approved. Within seconds I was advised that I was approved to refinance my car. My CSR Ms. Harvey was absolutely wonderful. She walk me thru and guided me every step of the way. She also called when necessary and emailed daily with progress of my documents. The only negative is that I did not get notification that my car was paid off on Friday 8/17. I will definitely recommend Open Road Lending to family and friends.
