I am very pleased with openroad Lending and how my refinance loan was handled. Everything went very smoothly with no glitches no issues no problems. Bryce and other staff members I corresponded with were very cordial they answered all of my questions and everything I was told actually happened. Now I have a lower monthly payment and I was able to skip my last payment which makes me very happy that I could use that extra money 2 give my son a nice birthday gift. I got very frustrated that the process to three weeks. I had to turn all of my documents in 2 or 3 times. As I was turning things i, I wish I had been given clear instruction on what to do. All that was said was turn in these documents, once I did, then I was told how they should have been sent. If instruction was given on the front end it would have made it easier.

The person that put the paperwork through was not very mannerable and was very smart mouthed with me , sarcastically saying “well you know more than me so”!! I took offense to this so I responded rudely . Editte Marquez also did not do her job. We had to rely on others because she never gave clear info in a decent manner. Her supervisor had to do her job . Marquez needs trading on how to be nice
