The person that helped me was really nice and explained everything very well but your system in archaic where you cannot set up bi-weekly ACH without having to call the company every couple of weeks to add dates then worry about your payment being late as one of the dates falls out of the due date. Why cant you set it up to do bi-weekly ACH out of a checking account or debit card especially since you are actually paying ahead and not behind the due date as there will always be an extra payment or two within a years time. Get with the times and find a way to be like the other lenders in your category.

As a customer I had to follow up with them because they would let me go for daysnot telling me anything. They also asked for documents and I got them then wanted more. I think you should be told what’s needed all up front. You shouldn’t have to run all over more than once, if you were told everything upfront.

Although my payment was not reduced a lot, my interest rate was dropped by 3 points and they didn't make me begin a whole new repayment period, they took the time I had been paying the loan with the other lender into consideration so I doesn't feel like I'm starting over.
