This was a great experience for me and the process was extremely easy. Typically you have to sit in an office for hours when financing a vehicle but with Openroad lending, the process was all online and step by step instruction of what they would need from you. You will not be sorry.

My experience was not as great as I had hoped for. Slow responses and service I was promised was not delivered in a timely manner. But it is done. It did not save me a great deal on my monthly payments and the original quoted interest rate and payment decrease in the letter I received I did not get. I think if I had a choice to do it again I would have just stayed with the company I had originally financed the car with. 😞😞😞

I appreciate that I was able to be refinanced with another company and lower my rate, however, every time I called and spoke with an agent; it seemed like I was disturbing them. I also received the paperwork at the end which was incorrect. I still have not received a call confirming it has been changed and/or new corrected paperwork. I do not have the time to continually call to be on hold for 10 minutes. Last thing is that I emailed your customer service/complaints department and STILL have not received a reply, and this was at least 3 weeks ago. In short, I appreciate having a new loan, however; would not use Open Road Lending in the future.

I do not like the fact that the total payoff was not confirmed and I still owe my previous lender one monthly payment and my new lender. That is not ok! The whole point is to save money, not owe two places.

We were able to confirm, via FedEx tracking, that the payoff check delivered last week on 7-23 and has already cleared the bank so you should be good to go! The tech was very nice, but two of the draws to refinancing (lower payment and skipping a payment) were not fulfilled as advertised. The amount they said I could save per month turned out to be less then the offer letter because the car was worth less than the amount owed. They should have known that when they made the offer. And I did not get notified of their payment to my prior lender until two days after it was made. By that time I'd already paid my monthly payment myself. I had written to them asking for status before I did so, but got no response.
