The only reason for 3 stars, because the process was too confusing and frustrating. I received a pre-qualification, so I applied. OpenRoad sent my credit information too many lenders and I took 4 hits on my credit report. If I had known there were going to be so many, I would have not applied. Then after I applied, I was told they couldn't help and was denied. Three days later they sent an email stating congratulations. When I called to find out what was going on, the representative stated I had a last minute offer and I needed to send all my documents over as soon as possible to complete my refi. What?!...Anyway, it all worked out. OpenRoad did exactly what they say they do and I saved $102.

I will look into your application to see what happened with your credit decision. Sometimes things can happen that can impact the credit decision such as a typo being made on the application. For example, if the car has 20,000 miles but the applicant accidentally types 200,000 by mistake. Regarding your credit report. I want to let you know that multiple "hits" on a customer's credit don't impact the score any more than one hit as long as it is within 2 to 3 weeks and for the same tradeline such as for an auto loan..
