It took me a while to get into the regimen of taking this twice a day but once I started I felt different after one week. First, my desire for sweets decreased. Second, my night time eating diminshed by at least 90 %. I found I was looking for sweets only out of sheer habit so I stopped eating at night time. Third, my mood was more even throughout the day and my energy level was higher . By that I mean I was not feeling like a nap toward mid afternoon. I am a 100% Combat disabled Vietnam veteran, 72 years old, 10 spine operations, colon cancer, all joints arthritis damaged, one and a half pages of medical problems and medications list. My diabetes uncontrolled, same with blood pressure..on and on.
