Maybe I was expecting miracles in my blood sugar. I was informed in the literature that I could expect a great reduction in my sugar level in about two weeks. It had now been nearly a month and I don't see any improvement. Maybe a little more time will help.

Average = 100. Monday went down to 69. Than I remember until the shout down I had been going to the gym 4days a wk. So for 3wk. I have not gone. The day before the 69 reading I walked 7000 step. I had some food and blood sugar went back up to 118. Normally after eating it would have gone over 250.

I realize i have only been taking it for a short time, but it doesn't seem to be getting my numbers down as low as some other supplements have. Unfortunately, I bought several containers of it so I doubt that your company will send me a paid return stamp so i will just continue to use like maybe this today and that tomorrow...kinda thing.

I have had good results so far. My daily test readings for diabetes lower. I have adjusted my insulin by 5 units in the evening.
