I am a believer After being on blood pressure medication for 14 years, and trying many different types of medication, all with different undesirable results. Finally , I have been able to quit taking blood pressure meds all together! I was skeptical at first. I have investigated, and tried many different natural remedies, trying to keep my blood pressure under control, with no real good results. I have been taking the StrictionBP for just over a month now. I monitored my blood pressure every couple of days and within a couple weeks started to see my pressure fall back into normal range. After three weeks my blood pressure was actually too low! That's when I made the decision to stop my BP meds. In the past, my pressure would go right back up if I stopped taking BP meds.within a couple days. It has been two weeks since I stopped my BP medication and my last BP check was 112/78 . I am very satisfied with StrictionBP !! If it continues to keep my BP in order, I will continue using StrictionBP!

I Think It Is Working I have only used it along with my blood pressure prescribed medication; however, I have seen a significant drop in my blood pressure over the two weeks using it, which I record twice a day. My objective is to ween myself off of the medication working with my doctor. Of course, I also eat healthy and exercise regularly.

Striction BP is the best alternative! I have to confess that I haven't used this as prescribed; but combined with a weight loss of 22 pounds so far and taking Striction BP at least once a day, I am no longer taking my bp Med and my blood pressure has been great. I ran a little self-test and found that my old bp meds were doing nothing so I dropped them. Plus, they were creating other side effects. Now I only take Striction BP and feel wonderful.
