I am a believer! I am in the middle of my second three month supply of StrictionBP. I was very skeptical when I purchased it, but I don't want to have to take prescription medicine either so I at least wanted to give it a shot. Although my numbers still fluctuate somewhat, I have definitely seen them go down overall. I have also recently started to incorporate daily walks. I believe that using this product and getting regular exercise have helped my numbers greatly. I will definitely keep using StrictionBP!
