Great effort to reducing Hi-BP Hi, I am an Afro-American Male who was on a Doctor prescribed medication that was only partially working for me. I took those med's and the prescribed StrictionBP dose together for 10 day then only StrictionBP for the last 3 weeks. My BP is stable and dropping 2 points per week. It took awhile but it's working now... In the last few days the bp supplement has started working. I had been taking them for awhile, it seemed that it was not helping at all. My blood pressure went crazy, I regreted buying it and I started to quit, then all of a sudden it started working. I had taken 1 full bottle and probably half of the second bottle before it started working. I have not had to take my bp meds in 5 days, my top number is still a little high but the bottom number stays around 80. I hope it will continue reducing it and keep me regulated for good.
