Positive results after just 3 weeks. My blood pressure generally runs around 160 over 100, without my medication which is; Diovan/HCT 320mg/12.5mg. I have been using StrictionBP for about 3 weeks and am already only taking 1/2 Diovan pill, once about every 3 days. My Diastolic number went down to a normal level of around 79 to 81 almost immediately upon beginning the Striction BP regiment. My Systolic number still runs around 140 to 145. Hopefully this number too will come down further as I get further into the Striction regiment. So far this is looking great. I am 62 years old and the hypertension medication is the only medication I take. Other wise, I am in pretty good health and don't rely on any other medications. Would love to be able to kick this medication out the door.

Good results! Strict ion BP is definitely a good product and I am glad I tried it. It is yet too early to say mi high blood pressure is "cured" and still have to take the Lisinopril, but I am using half the dose. So far, I am cautiously happy with the results. It will be interesting to see where I am going to be at in 3 months.

Better then an RX prescription! It really works! My BP was always a little elevated because of my weight and lack of exercise. But this really works. My Bp has been running normal. Also I can see why some people says it helps them loose weight, cause I've noticed that its also improved my bowel movement. Seriously like I'm going almost after ever meal. When before I would skip a couple of days. So it's definitely something that I'm just gonna keep as part of my everyday routine. Taking this changing your diet and exercising. I can definitely see myself not having bp issues. So thanks for this awesome natural product with no side affects. Doctors need to get on board with natural things like this. This supplement works! I was on StrictionBP and it really helped get my blood pressure numbers back into very normal ranges: the numbers had been in the 150's over 80 to 90. Started taking the supplement and my scores dropped to 130 over 73-75. I was also back on a work out routine. Got off the supplement but continued the workout. However, my blood pressure got back up high. Working out alone did not work. So, I am back on the supplement. Hoping for good numbers again!
