Everthing went well and it seems to have helped with weight loss and blood sugar. the doctor had given me six weeks to lose 6 lbs,, bring my AC1 down from 7.7, and my BMI from 31.48. along with strict diet and exercise control, I lost 7+ lbs,, had an AC1 of 6.9 and a BMI of 30. I have been living with Type II diabetes for over 35 years and have experienced both ups and downs but this has certainly helped this time! My diabetes is considered controlled again. My doctor deemed it a safe supplement for me.
