After I placed my supplement order online, I noticed in my email I had not (1) order confirmed, but 2 orders confirmed (exactly the same.) I do not know how that happened. 2 separate order numbers. When delivered, I did receive 2 of the same thing. Because I will eventually use the supplement, I will not return one of the orders. Next time I will place my order via phone though.

So far I am pleased with the results. However, it was a very confusing process because my original purchase was made with a company that sells your product. When I called back to reorder that company said they no longer had that product and referred me back to Healthy Habits. When I called Healthy Habits they said they had no record of my previous purchase history. I then called the other company back which said that they should be able to see my account history. In the end I had to set up a new account. That was confusing and frustrating.
