A quick, easy and affordable fix to a problematic Foodsaver. With the new gasket kit, my 8-year-old Gamesaver came back to life. The new gaskets took only a second to install. This product just saved me a couple of hundred bucks I would have spent on a new sealer.

Actually does not fit inside the cavity (as advertised), but you can make it work for the few turns it takes for it to fit inside the machine. Not an issue really. A good bargain.

So I pulled my FoodSaver Model 2420 out of the pantry after 2 years. I tried to vacuum seal 5 pounds of ground beef. When I first turned it on the motor ran for over a minute, and the bag wasn't sealed! I did some research and determined that the gasket assembly may be bad. I popped the replacement gaskets in and - VOILA! My FoodSaver works again! I am extremely happy with this low cost fix.

These bags work great, and you get more feet for less money than the official bag rolls. I will say that near the end of the roll, they are so curled that it takes some extra effort to do the first seal on a bag, but a negligible amount of time.

My FoodSaver V2860 was vacuuming fine. The problem was it vacuumed until I pressed the manual seal button, never completing the cycle on its own. I ordered these seals, popped the old upper and lower seal out out of the unit, popped the new ones in, and it works perfectly! The four-pack was a great price. Now I have an extra set at the ready.
