Part of my delivered order was missing and I had trouble using their web site to find the reason. However, an exchange of emails quickly resolved the problem and I got the rest of the order when promised. I wish they had a phone number. They are a good company with a great product at a far better price than Food Saver. They have good quantity discounts, too. I like buying direct, it works best for me, but they are also on ebay and Amazon. I actually prefer their product to the original. I have had far fewer vacuum failures and less wrinkled bags on the rolls. I would not hesitate to buy again. 5 stars for quality and price.

I have ordered the bags on Amazon and was happy with everything but the pricing. I really liked that I could order these directly and save money buying additional bags.

Great product! Just as good as the more expensive ones. I will never purchase those again now that I know these exist!
