I ordered some alternate items because the ones I wanted were out of stock. I then sent in a request to simply get information on when my first choice would be available and received an apology as well as a discount coupon for my next order.

The bags were fairly priced, promptly shipped and worked good in my old Food-Saver that I bought on E-bay.

I purchased a new gasket and Teflon tape kit for our FoodSaver and chose the free shipping option. It was surprising how quickly they arrived. Unfortunately through some mistake I didn’t receive the Teflon tape in my kit. I contacted OutOfAir and they promptly sent me the missing item, no questions asked. The parts fit well and returned my FoodSaver to like new performance.
Well done and thanks to OutOfAir. I’m a happy customer!

Very good experience. I wish other companies were as good at customer service as OUTOFAIR is.
