I recently ordered an e bike for my son’s birthday from here. There was initially a problem with what was sent out so I raised a dispute. The team were great to deal with , I ended up ordering another item and the team arranged collection of the faulty product and provided a full refund. Good service and product.

Rolltop Platforn.
One of the cross bars dented, but will be fine. Not going to have the argument to get replaced.
Quality is ok for the price.
Did have to purchase Channel nuts and bolts from roof rack shop.
Instructions not great. Will do the job.

Hi Steven, thank you for the review. Our team has reached out to you directly via email as we’re always happy to offer a solution including a replacement, provided we’re made aware of any concerns at the time. Regarding the dented cross bar, we will be raising this with the courier as this may have occurred due to handling during transit. In terms of quality, we generally receive positive feedback for this product given its price point. As for the instructions, we appreciate the feedback and will pass this on to the manufacturer for improvement, though professional installation is required and instructions are typically not needed in that case. Thanks again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve

I purchased wheel flares for my Amarok. I took to a professional panel beater to install. They were bent, they didn't sit against the frame and he couldn't put them on. He said they were the worst quality flares he'd come across. I'm sending back for a refund.

Hi Damian, thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team has reached out to you directly to gather more details so we can better understand the issue and see what solution we can offer. In terms of quality, we’ve sold hundreds of these flares without issues, especially considering their price point, though we understand that quality can be subjective and experiences may vary. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue to review and improve our products and processes.
