Hello Rolly, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad you’re happy with the product and service overall.
We’ve already emailed you to request a little more information, as this is a very popular product and we haven’t encountered this issue before. Regarding the 3M tape, as mentioned in the product listing, adhesive/gluing to the guards is required to ensure correct fitment. videos are also available on the product page for guidance.
Please reply to our email and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re glad to hear you received the product safely. Unfortunately, once the item is with the courier, shipping handling is outside of our control. As for the shipping cost, this is a large item and freight charges are set by the courier. We appreciate your understanding and hope everything goes well from here.

The Aus best deals team has been very helpful although my experience has been reduced due to the fault of the shipping company that my product was shipped with as they lost it which required the team at aus best deals to have to send me another one which I am still waiting on
