Probably one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a business in my entire life. OzBestDealz? More like OZ WORST DEALS!
I ordered a dirt bike carrier for my bike. On their advertisement, it says fast shipping within days but the item took 2 weeks to arrive. They took a good week to dispatch it. If you cannot deliver on the promised time then don't advertise that you will!! My friend also ordered the same carrier and I helped him assemble it so I was pretty familiar with it. I've also watched multiple Australian dirt bike enthusiasts advertise this carrier on their pages/channels. They also have assembly tutorial videos on how to piece the carrier together. When the carrier arrived, the package was missing the securing hook. This hook is used to secure one side of the pegs on the bike, whilst you strap another side. My package had the hook, but the spring tensioner was missing. Although my mate ordered the exact same carrier, he was provided with the full piece. Even in the tutorial videos, they mention and show the hook and how it all works. After contacting OzBestDealz, they told me that they do not provide the hook and it is not advertised on their website. After providing them with a photo, they remembered and said "Oh yes, the supplier just throws that in as a complimentary but we don't actually advertise it." All good and well, but my issue was not the advertisement (although they should advertise it considering it's provided in the package). It would not have been difficult to contact the supplier and provide me with the missing item. The best part is, the hook was there, but only half of it was, and the rest was missing. After speaking with the manager, who had the most disgusting attitude, she tried telling me that we do not know the supplier even puts such an item in the box. How is that possible? If you are a wholesaler providing us Aussies with these items, do not know what your supplier is putting in the boxes? That just does not make any sense. After going back and forth with the manager, she became extremely aggressive, frustrated and angry and did not know how to handle the situation. She even told me "We are just an online business. We advertise and dropship, we have nothing to do with the packages." I tried calling back to speak with her to resolve the issue and she just kept hanging up in my face. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! She even refused to give me her name and refused to solve the issue. I will never, and I mean ever, EVER order from OzBestDealz ever again and will never recommend any other Aussie to order from them.

Hello, thank you for your review. We’ve checked this further with the manufacturer. The hook you mentioned is not actually part of the advertised package, which is why our team was initially confused when trying to identify the part.
The manufacturer has since advised that their staff member may have accidentally included an incomplete extra part while packing your order. We understand how this caused confusion, particularly when you then tried to work out what it was for.
We’re sorry if our initial handling of the matter added to the frustration. As this part isn’t normally included or shown in the listing, it wasn’t something our warehouse or team had encountered with this product before.
We have contacted you directly so we can get this resolved and make sure everything is sorted.
Thank you again for bringing it to our attention.

Parcel arrived damaged, still following up the warranty as the video needs to be uploaded. But the video is too large to share to the computer.
Once resolved the answer would be different and i would recommend to friends but until then the follow up has not been ideal.

Shark nudge bar 2011-2022 Ford Everest
Fitting instructions were very vague, once fitted correctly (one bolt through the chassis rail, other bolts clamp top x bottom) the nudge bar covered parking sensors, had to relocate sensors. (drill through bumper and plug original holes with grommets)
Not as easy as they say in the video.
Customer service was actually pretty good when I asked about fitting and contacted the supplier.
Looks great now fitted, but not straight forward.
