Very good product, Very well packaged, very quick delivery. 3 gouging marks on bar, looks like from pre packaging, but very happy overall.

For the price the product (bonnet guard) was very good value. I would've given 5 stars if no for the fact that no fitting instructions ere supplied at all. I had to spend time on the Internet looking for instructions and of course there were none to find (albeit similar guard protectors of different brands)

Hello Joshua,
Not to worry, we’ll definitely help get this looked into.
I checked our contact logs and can see that you tried calling after 7 PM. Our Customer Service hours are 9 AM to 4 PM, which is why the team wasn’t available to answer at the time.
We’ve already sent you an email requesting some additional photos and information so we can see exactly how the weather shields broke during installation. These have been great sellers for us for quite some time, so we’d genuinely like to understand what happened in your case and get the issue properly assessed.
Please reply to our email with the requested details and we’ll take it from there.

It would have been helpful if there was instructions included with the item, which made the item completely useless because I couldn’t find any information about how to install it

Hello Phillip, Not sure if you noticed, but the fitting instructions are actually available on the product ad under the Instructions tab. I’ve also sent you a copy directly via email so you have them handy.

Shipping took a week longer than expected. Fitting was not as easy as I expected, had to drill holes in the roof of the car. I instead made up front brackets to go back from the factory holes.
Once I got it all fitted it looks great and there is barely any wind noise.

Hi Derryn, thank you for your review. We’d really like to look into this with you directly, as the fitment issue you’ve described is quite unusual for this product.
We have also fitted this same roof rack to a 300 Series and the factory mounting holes aligned correctly without requiring the type of modification mentioned.
Our team has contacted you by email so we can confirm how the rack was assembled and installed, review some photos if possible, and identify exactly what may have caused the issue. We’ll also send you a video showing how the mounting holes line up perfectly with the factory roof holes on the 300 Series.
Please check your email and we’ll be happy to investigate this further.
