I bought a snorkel for my 2017 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. The product itself seems okay and I was able to fit it, but it came with no installation instructions at all. For a modification like this, clear and detailed instructions are very important.
The company should include a comprehensive installation guide with diagrams, torque specifications, and any important fitting tips. It would make the installation much easier and help avoid mistakes. I hope they improve this for future customers.

Hello Miguel. Glad to see your snorkel was fitted just fine, and thanks for leaving a picture showing how good it looks on the car. We acknowledge your concern about the instructions, and just hope you can understand that we do mention this snorkel requires professional installation, as we prefer customers not to DIY stainless steel snorkels to ensure there's no fitting issues. Nevertheless, we are addressing your concern. We are adding instructions in the instructions tab for those who like to use them. However, we strongly advise professional installation to avoid any fitting issues.

Very happy with the product and service. Was very surprised when it was actually delivered to my rural address as pretty much everything we order is dropped at a depot at our nearest major centre. Will review product complete with pics soon. Very happy with the actual product.

The reason I’m leaving this review is because I have messaged about a return and refund two to three times with no response had to search like hell to find the policy information

I was a bit sceptical being so much cheaper than the major brands but took the he chance and don’t regret a thing, service has been fantastic and the quality far exceeded my expectation. I have already been pulled up by another person with same make car and asked if I was happy with rack and they commented how well fitting it and good quality it looks
