Parts damaged and scratched. instructions lack any clarity, nor do they even match the product. Very disappointed with product given the price paid. Hopefully I can get my damaged parts replaced.

Hi Iain,
We're sorry to hear about your experience. We were surprised to see this review as we hadn't been contacted about these concerns beforehand. The reported damage may have occurred during transit, and we'd be happy to assess this for you.
We also note your comments regarding the instructions. This is not feedback we've commonly received, but we're more than happy to review and improve wherever needed.
Our support team has reached out via email and we're committed to resolving any genuine issues as quickly as possible.

Hi, thanks for the opportunity to rate your company. Id like to start with the amount of time I had to wait to receive my order but I do understand that you were out of stock. However there was no communication about it being sent and I was thinking I had been scammed and almost cancelled the order. The other problem was that the bolts were too small to fit the flares to my car so had to go and buy more that cost me $60 more. The quality of the product itself was good. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello Stephen, thanks for the review. Yes, we acknowledge that when you placed this order, there was a stock issue with the numbers. However, we did inform you. We did give you the option to cancel or wait, and we do acknowledge that the manufacturer took very long to produce and send them out. And when you did reach out, the manufacturer did take long to produce and send out. As for the bolts issue, these flares, on the ad mentioned there are two options: to glue to the guards or drill into your guards. For those that need to drill into the guards, need to let us know upon purchase, so we can swap over the bolts. We hope all goes well from here.

Fantastic service. Ordered my new roof rack yesterday and delivered today within 24 hours. I'm impressed with the service for an interstate purchase. Well done guys. Also very happy with the communication keeping me in the loop with progress.
I will put it together and fit on the weekend and if that goes as well as the service so far I'll be a very happy and likely repeat customer.
Cheers Darryl

Great fast delivery. Only one negative, the air relief valve on one jerry can is cracked and leaks. I need to get a replacement valve.

I contacted them to get a delivery update and actually spoke to someone in the warehouse that it would be despatched that day, and if arrive the next day, good service. On delivery the box was damaged but after opening good looked fine even though the protected packaging had been cut by a box cutter. No installation instructions. Overall so far, good
