I love that Paka socks are warm without being thick. They are very comfortable and seem sturdy. After a cold water wash they have shrunk, though - not the foot as much as the leg part. I dried them flat. If I had blocked them perhaps they would have retained their size and shape, and I'll try that with the second pair.

I bought these socks based off the reviews and research so I want to add my testimony as well!
After a backcountry bighorn sheep hunt and living in these socks for a couple weeks and a couple hundred miles (hiking and horseback) I was BLOWN away at the performance. Not only did they not stink to high heaven like I imagined they would, it was the first time in my life my super sweaty feet were actually dry. (Don’t get me wrong they sweat a bunch) but dry in my boots. Very tough to describe the feeling and at first I didn’t know if I liked it, but now I will be a life long customer of PAKA. I’m now on year 2 of the 3 pack I bought and they hold up incredibly well! (I do air dry them) I will buy more simply so I have extra! 10/10 recommend to everyone!
