I got my first Paka sweater (an Original Crew), about 3 months ago, and I’ve pretty much worn it every day since. So I just got a second one and sized down. I’m 5’8”, around 155lbs, and I like the fit of the XS (my first one is a Small). These start out a bit itchy for me, but they get SO soft as you continue to wear them. And as with all wool, they will naturally start to pill, so you just have to shave them. There’s nothing wrong with the sweater - it’s just standard wool care. Can’t wait for my next color!

I've been looking for a native-design sweater jacket for a while, and this is the one. I have sensitive skin and so was concerned this sweater, with its alpaca and wool blend, would be itchy. But it isn't itchy at all. It's soft and thick, being super warm and cozy. The design symbols are great, and the color is cool. It runs a little big—I'm usually a medium but a small fits me perfectly.

Like all the other reviews, I too am amazed at how lightweight this coats "feels" but has the warmth of any coatt I've ever had in 35 years no matter the cost. The quality of the build is top shelf, the methods used to construct it, also very well thought out. I LOVE the liner for your hands that prevents snow from getting up the sleeves. And the hood, face guard is spot on perfect. Only thing I would ask for is a bigger zipper handle so when you have gloves on its easier to zip, unzip. All in all, an amazing ,VERY VERY warm, well made coat!
