this was my second purchase of Paka shirts and I absolutely love them !!

I love this zip up. I wear it hiking all the time. It is warm but I don't feel like I sweat in it because it is breathable. I would love to give it five stars but I started noticing breakdown around the sleeve cuffs and waist. I wash it per instructions but it is still showing wear sooner than I expected.

they are sooo comfy! i have very sensitive skin (especially to wool types) and PAKA does not bother me. you do need to wash first before wearing to give it a real chance to not bother your skin though. when i first got my items i tried them on to check sizing and the hoodie and crew did itch my around my neck a little, but after washing did not. sizing is slightly large to true-to-size. i would just call it a “comfy fit” true-to-size. i love looking at the tags on my pieces and seeing the names of the people who made them. i feel okay buying new when it’s to a company like this.

Like my socks, shirts, and sweaters, all of my underwear have been replaced with Paka products. I am still fascinated by the differences between my old stuff and my Paka gear. The warmth, sweat wicking, and odor-reducing features are unmatched! For the purposes of posterity, I will say these are the best socks I have ever purchased and were worth every penny! And the lifetime guarantee is icing on the cake! I want to buy more of everything even though I have more than enough! I cannot shut up about Paka and have converted others to the brand!

The hoodie was my first beloved purchase from Paka! After reading some reviews, I was concerned about the overall fit as a short and curvy woman. I am happy to report that the (small) hoodie is a perfect fit! I have worn it in temperatures as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit and as high as 95 (yes, 95) degrees! In the case of the latter, I did not bother to remove the hoodie even though it was warm outside. Due to its construction, I could feel the air through the small holes in the fabric and did not overheat. I have had the hoodie for months and have not washed it; I have felt the need to do so. The fabric does pill with regular use, but that is to be expected with the natural fibers. A fabric shaver is a useful investment with natural fabrics, and mine works well on my Paka sweaters. Most of my wardrobe consists of Paka products! I feel like the biggest fan girl ever!:)

Paka, Paka, how I love thee! Let me count the ways! This review is long overdue, but the extra time has given me a chance to really experience the brand. Not one day passes when I am not wearing at least one Paka item. More likely than not, I am completely drenched in Paka apparel, from underwear and tanks, to shirts, shorts, and sweaters. My first purchase was the hoodie. Since then, I have purchased enough Paka gear to own stock in the company, lol. Also, I have had no issues getting others to purchase Paka after sharing all the positives! These essential shirts are my favorite shirts, in general, and I have them in practically every color. The cut is flattering, the material is like a second skin, and the odor-resistant properties are almost unbelievable—especially for my body chemistry. They launder well (I always use the gentle cycle and air dry them) and seem to be made to last. While the brand’s marketing focuses on nature/outdoor activities, the clothing is very versatile: I wear Paka clothing to work, to dinner, to the movies—just about anywhere and everywhere. Seriously! In fact, as a minimalist, I have replaced most of my wardrobe with Paka gear. In addition to the fabulous clothing, Paka’s customer service should be award-winning and is a big reason I continue to purchase from this brand! Flavia is the absolute sweetest! I love my new paka hoodie. It's been 5 months since I got it as a gift andd I'm so grateful for it. I wear it at so many different times of day, in the mornings, evenings. A great piece of timeless gear.

I have 4 PAKA hoodies, I have 1 tee, 1 breathe zip hoodie, and 3 pair of socks. They are my go to gift request (I have the best mom and sister). I have purchased some items for family members as well. Love them all! But my favorite is the original hoodie. I find the fit roomy and comfortable. I know some women may find it unflattering (my friend said she looked like a potato), but now there’s a women’s fit as well. I have worn the hoodies almost daily from early fall until late spring and on chilly summer evenings. I hike in them all the time in fall and winter. I hate to be overheating and I’ve been comfortable in them in 30 degrees up to high 60s. The material does pill a bit, but it isn’t looking worn. Don’t dry them, though, alpaca will shrink! Fortunately I haven’t done it myself (yet). They are expensive, yes, but I have found the quality justifies the price. Last bonus, they rarely smell! I only wash them every few months, despite frequent wear. And my daughter sniff checks and it always passes- camp fire smell sometimes sticks in the fibers, though.
