The material is soft and great. However, the sizing is weird. The torso is super long (too long), the arms are barely at my wrists meaning they are almost too short, and I cannot use the hood because it is too shallow (I purchased a hoodie to use the hoodie, not for decoration). While I appreciate the alpaca make, for such an expensive hoodie I am disappointed at the the attention to size proportions. It makes me hesitant to purchase other garments in the future. For reference I am 5.10 average/slim build.

Love this Women's Sol Hoodie - it's very soft cozy, stretchy, breathable. Light-medium weight, great for cool-warm but not hot conditions. Have worn it several times since getting it a few weeks ago - for a sunny hilly hike near the Pacific Ocean north of San Francisco, it was too warm for me in approx. 70 degrees, 60% humidity, with light breezes, and I overheated/sweating so much I had to remove it completely. However, for cooler conditions or while not exerting much this is a wonderful piece. Smells fresh despite multiple uses; haven't washed it yet. Runs slightly large- XS fits my 33" chest with a little room to spare; length is fine/slightly long for my 5'3" frame. Would love to see this in a full-zip jacket without the hood for more versatility and ventilation. (I would, but don't see a way to attach a photo to this review.)

I first purchased The Vida unisex sweater for myself, then one for my husband, then finally one for my son. We have to be careful because we often wear it the same day. It is super soft, warm and comfortable whether it is worn alone or in layers. The hoodie has come in handy several times. It’s my Favorite Paka product. My husband loves it too, though he wears one of his Lightweight Crew tops more often, rotating through the colors.

Took this top with me on a 10 day hike of the Alta Via 2 trail in the Dolomites in July. It was very warm and comfortable and just the right thickness to be warm, but not overheat. I used the hood pulled over my running cap with the visor sticking out on cold days and it worked great. My only con with this top is it started to pill when wearing it with my backpack where the straps went from my shoulders to my waist, so not as abrasion resistant as I'd like.

So soft so comfortable, I wanna wear it all day ! Living in Florida this will be my go to! Looking to buy another color once back in stock. I am 5”8 125lb I got a small, it’s a little tight on top, but perfect in the waist.

Really wanted a thin, versatile zip-up hoodie for the upcoming trip. My body fluctuates between hot and cold in seconds with changes in environmental temperature; it needs steady protection to feel comfortable. So I haven't had much success with typical cotton ones. Then I come across this guy. I looked at measurements (in which the customer service helped to confirm), read all reviews including Reddit ones, and was a bit apprehensive since there were many comments saying that the pills easily, itches very much, hasn't dried completely in 3 days after wash (this comment confued the heck out of me though), shrinks after a wash, etc. I still ordered it thinking it's it's bad I can return it and it's on sale anyway.

Well, now that I've trialed it at work (hospital) for 3 days with two washes total, I am definitely NOT returning it. It's mine now. It keeps me comfortably warm in cold areas. But does not overheat me during shower sessions either. I can keep it on anywhere and everywhere. The only time I felt hot was when doing a shower session with a very dependent (but improving well) patient, but when that was done, my body heat quickly returned to normal range. I was quite surprised!

So I actually washed it in the sink with cold/ lukewarm water and shampoo. I washed as I wash my yukata - gentle, push and release method. No rough handling, no scrubbing. Dried it on the rack, after like 5 hours in my home condition it was perfectly dry from head to toe. It held up quite well so far + is getting softer with each wash. The same thing happened when I got a wool blanket/ sheet from Tom Bihn, so probably it's normal with all animal hair products. The best part is that when I wash it, I smell the wet animal hair smell, and it's stinky and comforting at the same time. I love that smell.

First time user hikingup in the Sequoia National Park and loved it. Will be getting an additional one for winter hiking.

I play pickle ball in my paka socks. The socks are so comfortable and keep my feet cool.

Purchased this item to wear on our hiking trip for 8 days on Isle royal above the Upper Peninsula in Michigan. Wore it in early morning and at night to sleep in . It was absolutely wonderful, had to keep a eye on it from the others in the group want to borrow it 😂. Would absolutely recommend this to everyone . Thanks for a great product !!!

I love these! So soft and cozy!

These are great for the wide ranging temps of a New England day. Super comfy. My only complaint is how much they stretch out as the day goes on. Wishing I would’ve kept the smaller size.

Great jacket. Although I bought it for the future, I can feel the quality and the feeling that it has been put into it. The material is noticeably durable. And I hope that it will surpass my previous icebreaker. I will give an assessment of practicality later, when the cold comes.

It’s a great fit but the fabric isn’t nearly as soft as I hoped & kinda itches.

After purchasing another trio of these socks I noticed a redesign around the heal area. It is ideal as I used to struggle with them staying put, but the new design stays in place all the time. Love Paka (company and products) and certainly my new socks! 😍
