This jacket is super high quality and feels like it's meant to live a lifetime. The type of jacket you would pass on to your kids. I tested this thing in Colorado, where the temperature was -12deg with the windchill. I only wore a t-shirt underneath this jacket, and I was plenty warm. This jacket cuts wind and cold like butter. The thumb gussets work perfect for wearing gloves, and I know this jacket would be great for skiing and snowboarding.

Right now, while working as an ice rink attendant, I’m wearing the original men’s zip breathe hoody, and wearing a “cozy marled beanie”. I love how comfortable these items are for all day wear. They are great at being thermo-regulating and not allowing your body to overheat. Great job PAKA crew! I also have the newer version of the mens breathe zip hoody and love how it keeps your neck warm. I also have a men’s cuffed beanie, as the marked beanie is not quite enough on the really cold Minnesota winter days/nights.

It's my go to already and I just received it yesterday. Love it and I'm a bit picky. Great weight. Not too heavy or light. Construction is solid. It's assembled by hand and even has a label that is signed by the artist. Quality can't be beat and I have been sewing for 50+ years. Headed to Alaska later this year and this will definitely be a staple in my wardrobe.

I’ve owned these (and a bunch of other paka products) for over a year and recently used them (the previous edition from 2023) while hiking in Patagonia. These are wonderful! Soft, warm, perfect cushion against blisters, didn’t sweat, didn’t soak in a heavy rain (even when the boots leaked). Washed them manually many times over a multi-week trip, was able to dry them overnight (mostly on heated drying racks, otherwise would be a problem I think so get a few back up pairs - not that it was needed odor wise but the water did run grey from sweat lol). High wool content makes them perfect for any weather - keeps you warm when you are cold and cool when it’s warm outside. Hands down the best pair of hiking socks I ever owned including some competitor wool brands. I love the printed logos on them and the extra little wool bracelet thingys paka sends you in every package like a little love note :) I’m a fan. Go get some paka!

I own multiple pieces by Paka; this sweater is super soft and cost, just as advertised. It’s an oversized slouchy kind of fit, including sleeves longer than you’d need - multiple reviews mention this as a drawback, but I love it, also I’m XS so not really an option to size down lol. I love the little extra touches (see the photos) - the handmade, hand signed tag on the inside, the leather tag and the native motif fabric tag on the outside. Downside - also as mentioned in multiple reviews - piles easily especially under a backpack. Still, love it! Note this garment is 65% alpaca, 35% tencil, it’s very soft but doesn’t hold heat very well.
