I probably could have ordered a smaller size, but I decided to keep it. I've gotten anywhere from an XS up to a small depending on the style. Since this style is slimmer, I chose the small. However, my hips are very small so if you have "normal" hips you would be ok with your normal size.

I was concerned about the fit when I ordered but it fits great. I’m 5’11” 215 lbs and fairly athletic. Wore it to a tennis tournament with the temperature in the mid to high 80’s and the humidity also in the 80’s. I did sweat some but I didn’t feel too wet and my skin was cool to the touch.
